You Can!ਨਮੂਨਾ

In our world today, it can feel like fear is everywhere. There are many reasons why we feel afraid. Maybe it’s school stress, drama with friends, or uncertainty about the future, but it's easy to feel overwhelmed by fear. I think the people of Israel were in a similar place when Isaiah spoke these words. It was easy for them to feel beaten down and discouraged by the circumstances they were facing, But in the middle of it, God reminded them of three powerful truths: God is with them, God is their source of strength, and God will help them. The same is true for you today. No matter what you’re facing or how alone you may feel, God is with you, ready to give you strength when you feel weak and courage when you feel afraid.
Before you continue with your day, take a deep breath and say a simple prayer. Thank God for being with you and ask for strength and courage, no matter what may come next in your life.
