Healing From the Pastਨਮੂਨਾ

Each day, take a moment to document your journey through this pain as you place it in the Lord’s hands. Read today’s Psalm, express your pain to God, take a moment to praise Him, and end with a prayer putting your pain in His hands.

About this Plan

Pain from the past can affect our future. It affects our ability to trust God because we look back on our pain. This is not how God wants us to live; He wants us to unleash ourselves from the past and trust Him with the future. Romans 8 promises us that He will turn all things for good, even the pain from the past. Over the next 30 days, we will look at Psalms, which will teach us how to express our pain to God, praise Him through our circumstances, and trust Him with the future.
