The Lord Is My Shepherd

One summer my family went hiking at Cadillac Mountain in Maine. It was beautiful, but the fog at the summit was so thick you couldn't see the path or even the person in front of you. I felt uneasy, wanting to keep everyone safely on the path. My husband calmly reassured me, leading all of us safely through the fog. His leading helped me relax and trust.

Psalm 23 reminds us that God is our Shepherd. He knows the way, even when we feel lost. Life's uncertainties can make us anxious, but we are never alone. God leads us beside still waters and restores our souls. Trusting Him brings the peace we long for.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my Shepherd. Help me trust Your guidance and rest in Your care. Amen.
