Faith in an Unshakeable Kingdom
Key Scripture: Hebrews 12:28
Have you ever felt like the world around you is shaking? Circumstances change, challenges come, and life can feel unstable. But there is one thing that cannot be shaken, God’s Kingdom.
Hebrews 12:28 reminds us, "Since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe."
The world around us is constantly changing. Governments shift, economies rise and fall, and even relationships can be uncertain. But God’s Kingdom is unshakable. No matter what happens in our personal lives or in the world, we can have confidence in God’s eternal rule.
This truth changes how we live. When we put our faith in Jesus, we are no longer bound by fear or instability. Instead, we live with a heavenly perspective, knowing that our true home is with God forever (Hebrews 13:14). Faith in an unshakable kingdom means:
- We stand firm in trials, knowing our foundation is secure in Christ.
- We live with gratitude, responding in worship because we belong to God’s Kingdom.
- We trust God’s promises, believing He is in control, even when life feels uncertain.
Verse 29 says, "For our God is a consuming fire." This reminds us that God is holy and powerful. His Kingdom is not just a comfort, it’s a call to live differently. When we fully trust in His unshakable rule, we live boldly, fearlessly, and full of faith.
Take time to thank God for His unshakable Kingdom. Ask Him to help you trust Him fully, even when life feels uncertain.
