Our vision at Lewende Woord is the establishing of a loving, Word-founded Kingdom community. We love because God is love (1 John 4:8) and He first loved us (John 3:16). We desire to love Him wholeheartedly and love others well (Matthew 22:37-39).
We are “Word-founded”, as we believe that all of Scripture “is given by inspiration of God” and is therefore the foundation of our faith, words, and actions (2 Timothy 3:16).
As a “Kingdom community”, our heart is for people from all backgrounds to find community in our church family and understand our connection with the greater Body of Christ (1 Peter 1:22).
Prayer: Father God, may our church grow to become a true loving, Word-founded Kingdom community that welcomes all people who seek You. May we always represent You well. Amen.
