Come Up Higher: A Call to Deeper Fellowship and Purposeਨਮੂਨਾ

HIGHER DISCERNMENT FOR HIGHER DECISIONS
The higher you go in life, the more critical your decisions become. With greater responsibilities come weightier choices, and without discernment, it is easy to commit errors. Solomon understood this when he asked God for a discerning heart to lead His people (1 Kings 3:9).
Discernment is the ability to see beyond the surface and align your decisions with God’s Will. Paul prayed for the Philippians to grow in love and discernment so they could “approve what is excellent” (Philippians 1:10). Discernment helps you distinguish between what is good and what is God’s Best for your life.
Higher discernment is cultivated through prayer, meditation on Scripture, and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. It enables you to navigate complex situations with Wisdom and Grace. Before making decisions, seek God’s Guidance and trust Him to direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6).
THOUGHT TO PONDER: Are you pausing to seek God’s Wisdom in your decisions? How can you grow in discernment to make choices that honor Him?
PRAYER: Lord, grant me discernment to navigate life’s challenges. Help me make decisions that align with Your Will and glorify Your Name. Amen.
