The Gospel According to the Gospelsਨਮੂਨਾ

What is the Gospel?
What do you now think the Gospel is?
Together, we’ve spent a week exploring the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Seven days ago, if you’d been asked to explain the Gospel, would your answer have been the same as it is now? Is it one word – Jesus – or more words than the universe contains? Do we shortchange the good news by even trying to summarise it?
Does it matter if you or I don’t know or grasp every single aspect of the Gospel as outlined by the apostle Paul at the start of 1 Corinthians 15? If we slow down to soak in what he’s surveying in just a few sentences, we keenly glimpse the infinite riches of this Gospel that saves.
As The Gospel According to The Gospels podcast aimed to do, I hope you’ve increased your love and appreciation for what it’s all about. However we declare the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the point is to wholeheartedly embrace its way, truth, and life – to live a Gospel-centred existence and, also, to pray and desire for others to readily respond to God’s gracious offer of salvation. What is the Gospel? The ultimate good news, thanks be to Christ Jesus.
