Be for Realਨਮੂਨਾ

Have you ever been a part of a team or club? When you have a rough day, it’s nice to know you have teammates or friends who will cheer you on. When we have people in our lives who encourage us, it can make a huge difference when we’re feeling down or discouraged. In 1 Thessalonians, we’re reminded to build each other up. We all need someone in our corner to cheer us on, whether it’s about something we’re working on, going through, or simply who we are. And we can see that kind of person in someone else’s life too—whether it’s a quick compliment for the person in front of you in line or listening to a friend when they are going through a hard time.
This week, look for ways to lift up the people around you. Point out the good you see in others, and don’t hold back in showing appreciation. You can make a positive impact just by being an encouraging friend!
