Have you ever faced a really tough decision? Or maybe even faced a situation where you knew the right thing to do but didn’t want to do it.

Practicing integrity isn’t easy. After all, it’s difficult to be honest when it will cost you something or lead to consequences, like being kind to mean people, or brave in scary circumstances. The good news is that we don’t have to do it alone. Jesus is with us. And, because He was human, He knows what it is like to be us and face difficult circumstances. We can go to Him for help when practicing integrity isn’t easy.

This week, if you struggle to practice integrity, talk to Jesus and ask Him for strength to do what is right.
