Goodness of Godਨਮੂਨਾ

A good God
God is a good God. All we need to do is look around at His creation to see His loving kindness. He made trees that provide oxygen for us and that are places for birds and other creatures to rest in. He made deep waters for sea creatures to survive in. When we investigate it, we can see God has intricately woven all of life together through His marvelous creation.
But nothing speaks of God’s goodness as much as the sacrifice of His one and only Son, Jesus. Jesus, the delight of heaven, was sent to suffer and die so we could be reconciled with our Heavenly Father and spend eternity basking in His glory.
But what’s more, He didn’t send Jesus just for those who know Him, but for everyone. Jesus came so that every single person on the face of the earth would have the opportunity to be reconciled with their heavenly Father and spend eternity with Him. In the same way that the sun rises and falls over all people, Jesus came for all people. His love and His life extend to every person, even those who deny Him.
True and pure goodness is found in God. It’s found in the form of Jesus Christ. It’s found in the gentleness of the Holy Spirit. We can see the goodness of God through His unconditional love and the suffering of Jesus. And His goodness and love should inspire us to love others just as unconditionally. It should encourage us to share about the eternal goodness of God with those who don’t know Him.
