The armor of God are metaphorical pieces of armor that in the book of Isaiah point to the Messiah. As Christians, we need to embody the same values and attributes as Jesus. And very practically this means forming habits, proactively praying, pondering scriptures, and depending on others in community as we grow in Jesus.

Find one other person who you know is doing the same things and have a conversation with that person this week about what you are learning and how you want to continue to grow.
