Ephesiansਨਮੂਨਾ

Paul makes the distinction in verse 13 that the hope and inheritance first made available to God’s chosen people and children, the Jews, was now also available to non-Jews. “In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit,”
He is referencing back to the stories in Acts where God brought together Jews and non-Jews (Gentiles) into the same family under Jesus. This was the very beginning of God’s plan unfolding, and is still available for any one of us who believes!
We get a beautiful full picture of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit all at work in the gospel story.
