God offers the gift of His grace to all people. Those who put their faith in Him receive God’s grace in full. Take a few moments to remember the heart of faith. Faith seems to encourage a really unique kind of action. Rather than stepping up, it seems to call for a stepping back in surrender to God’s way.

As you go about your week, ask God to show you the specific places where you need to surrender control so God can step up and set you on the path of righteousness, where there is freedom and fullness of joy, where there is a river of grace whose streams make glad the city of God.
