Sit, Walk, Stand - a 40 Day Walk Through of Ephesiansਨਮੂਨਾ

Eph 1:2-6
PREPLANNED - PREPAID
In conversations around theology, the word “predestination” is often a hot topic. Do we have free will, or has everything been predestined by God?
Ephesians 1:4-5
For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight. In love He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with His pleasure and will—
We know that Jesus was not a Plan B but was always God’s plan even before creation.
1 Corinthians 2:7
No, we declare God’s wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began.
God predestined, preplanned, and prepaid all the blessings to rest on Jesus, and in HIM we have access to it. God might have foreknowledge of our choices but that is not the same as predestined.
We choose whether or not we want to put our trust in Jesus, and if we do, we now have access to the predestined blessings that go with that position.

About this Plan

Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? The Christian walk can make you feel like striving when really everything has been done for you by Jesus, but there is still so much to be done. This is the tension every Christian walks in. The tension between the NOW & the NOT-YET. We are SEATED with Jesus, now WALK IT OUT, so that you may STAND.
