A Life That Makes Room for Godਨਮੂਨਾ

Loved.
Every encounter with God starts just where we are. Jesus called the disciples when they were still fishermen; when He needed to feed 5,000 people, He used the loaves and fishes which a young boy happened to have in his bag.
In this story, Elisha didn’t ask the woman to produce some treasure or go on a great quest, he just asked her what she had in her house. At first, the woman said she had nothing at all. Then she remembered the little jar of olive oil, but she clearly didn’t think it amounted to much.
What do you have?
What can you offer to God today?
Does it feel small and insignificant, like the woman’s jar of olive oil?
Let’s rejoice in the truth that God meets us where we are and loves us completely, no matter who we are.
You are precious in God’s sight; nothing can change that.
