7 Devotions to Lead Day by Day and Night by Nightਨਮੂਨਾ

Strategizing to Lead
It was a game-changing move when Nehemiah led the people through their fear and injected them with the courage to go forward. Then, as a great leader would do, Nehemiah readjusted everything and created a new strategy to lead to the completion of the vision. Half of the people worked on the wall while the rest of the people protected them. Each worker kept their weapon with them always. They also knew if the trumpet blew, they would rally together, and God would fight for them.
Leaders must have strategies for every situation that they may face. Due diligence in preparing to lead will result in effective leadership. Regardless of what a leader may face, their strategy needs to be as agile as possible. Even through crises, strategic leaders have a plan to complete the vision. Therefore, inspiring cooperation, perseverance, and victory is significant. It is one thing to be able to cast a vision, but it is another thing altogether to know how to get there. What is your leadership strategy?
Declare: I will strive to be a strategic leader.
God, please give me the path forward and your strategy for me to lead. Amen.
