WEEK 4, DAY 4—BE AN AMBASSADOR OF HEAVEN
When you choose to follow Jesus, you’re no longer just living for yourself. You’re now representing God’s kingdom! You’re an ambassador for heaven!
This means that you are called to represent God’s kingdom in every moment and every area of life. It means you carry God’s heart and kingdom culture wherever you go. Just like being different, representing heaven means changing rooms, families, and atmospheres you walk into. When others are angry, you represent the peace of God. When others are fearful, you represent the peace and confidence of God. When others are stingy, you represent the generosity of God.
Being an ambassador also means being a promoter! As a follower of Jesus, you are called to promote the good news of Jesus and invite people into that journey with you! Sometimes, we try to gate-keep our relationship with God, but we are called to share it with the world.
