Jesus made it a point to not only talk about loving others but to demonstrate love in practical ways. He did things like feeding people, listening and spending time with people, standing up for others when they couldn’t, and so much more. We can follow his lead by doing the same thing with the people in our lives.

When you look at the people around you—at home, school, or where you live—ask yourself: Are there people Jesus would have noticed and loved who we tend to overlook? How can you love those people in practical ways and show them God’s love through your actions?

Today, take a few moments and make a list of simple, practical ways that you can show love for others.
