Playbook: The Game Plan for Navigating Temptationਨਮੂਨਾ

Instructions are given as a guide. They’re there to show us how to build something, use something, or give us the best next step to take. In the Bible, God left us an important set of instructions for how we’re supposed to live. Instead of trying to figure out life on our own, we can turn to God’s Word to help guide us toward the best next step. This is true in any circumstance or challenge, but especially when we’re struggling with temptation. Instead of trying to avoid it, get out of it, or turn from it on our own, we can choose to look to God’s best for us. We can choose to follow God’s guidance in Scripture.
This week, ask a trusted adult in your life, like a parent, small group leader, or even an older sibling to share a few verses that help guide them toward choosing God’s best for their lives, especially when it comes to temptation.
