Red Flags, Respect, & Relationshipsਨਮੂਨਾ

What’s one thing you spend most of your time thinking about? Maybe it’s your favorite sport, your friends, your most-watched YouTube channel, or the person you’re dating or have a crush on right now. Whatever it is, the things we spend the most time doing or thinking about will be what our hearts desire the most. They’ll be the things we value the most with our time, our energy, and our choices. If those things aren’t in line with God’s best for us, then they probably aren’t worth that much time and energy. So, consider what you think about most. Think about what you value. Is it something good and healthy? Or something that might need to change?
To help you here, work to memorize this verse. Let it be the thing you focus your heart on every day this week!
