Philippiansਨਮੂਨਾ

Paul's poem in verses 6-11 is a beautiful yet condensed version of the Gospel. It also has many references to Old Testament scripture that is used to tie Jesus once again to the prophetic/messianic scriptures that many Jews would remember. His intentions are to express his convictions that Jesus is the Messiah and that he is an example of how we should live. Today let's meditate on this section and put it to memory.

About this Plan

The letter to the church in Philippi is an incredible example of what it means to live as a follower of Jesus in light of what was accomplished in Jesus' death and resurrection. This book is an essential text for the church as we seek to live the way of Jesus in practice.
