Philippiansਨਮੂਨਾ

In today’s chapter, Paul is doing a lot of compare-and-contrast work for us. He lays out how according to all 600+ rules a good Jew must follow, he should be considered the best! But because God sees us through the sacrifice of Jesus, none of those things actually matter. It’s not so much about what we can offer Him, because what the Lord ultimately wants is our hearts and real relationship. What would it look like today to surrender all the things we believe earn our place with God? As you pray, ask Him to be King of your heart and show you how to live from His power.

About this Plan

The letter to the church in Philippi is an incredible example of what it means to live as a follower of Jesus in light of what was accomplished in Jesus' death and resurrection. This book is an essential text for the church as we seek to live the way of Jesus in practice.
