Real Lifeਨਮੂਨਾ

Have you ever made a New Year’s resolution? Each year, millions of people worldwide decide to try to implement new goals for their future selves. This includes things like working to incorporate a healthier diet, drinking more water each day, or even trying to finally rid themselves of a bad habit. While we all go into this brand new year with the best of intentions, studies show that these resolutions rarely last the whole year. Only 9% of people will keep their resolution, with 23% choosing to give up within the very first week.
It’s one thing to decide to make a change, but putting it into practice tends to be the spot where so many of us fail. It’s the same with the commands of God. We may have the best of intentions to follow His leading, but we fall short of doing what we know we should be doing. However, truth like this reminds us that God’s law is there for our freedom. Seeing it through that lens makes it easier to keep going and trying to follow His commands.
What are some good spiritual habits or daily practices that you want to put in place? Make an intentional plan to give it a shot consistently this week!
