Be Confident in Godਨਮੂਨਾ

Confidence to triumph
“In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” (Romans 8:37)
Christians are involved in a spiritual battle against demons and evil spirits. We need to take this seriously, since “our adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour” (1 Peter 5:8). He wants to lure us away from God and to hinder the spread of the Gospel.
However, the Bible is clear that the victory belongs to Jesus Christ. And if we are united with Him in faith, we too are “more than conquerors”. It’s important to keep this in mind. Otherwise you can easily be overwhelmed when experiencing struggles and adversity. By clinging to Jesus, we can say, “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).
When soldiers are in battle and think they’re losing ground, they may easily lose confidence and not even be able to fight anymore. Satan may try to make you lose courage, too. Please don’t believe his lies. It’s true that he has a lot of power now, but he has already been conquered by Jesus and will be completely destroyed at the end of time. Moreover, Jesus promises that the gates of hell will not overcome His church. Belonging to Jesus means belonging to the winning side — forever!
Are you confident you can oppose Satan in God’s power?
