Hearts on Fire - Youth Devotionalਨਮੂਨਾ

Never Alone
When Jesus went to the cross, He made a promise to His followers that He would never leave them. He spoke of a friend that God would send to be with them and help them in all they did as they continued the mission that Jesus had begun on Earth. This mate is the Holy Spirit, and as believers in Jesus, we get to receive the Holy Spirit to ride with us, guide us, and talk to us.
The Bible even says we are ‘temples of the Holy Spirit’ - that means that The Holy Spirit is alive on the inside of us and is right there with us 24/7 - wherever we go, whatever we do, and however we feel.
The Holy Spirit comforts us when we’re down, gives us strength on rough days (or in rough weeks), and reminds us of God’s words to encourage us when we need it. You’ve got a solid friend in the Holy Spirit—someone who's on your side, no matter what. He is in your crew, he always has your back, and he doesn’t leave you. I want to encourage you to welcome God’s presence in your life as a helper, comforter, and friend. Life with Him hits differently.
Over to you: You can start by becoming aware of the Holy Spirit. Ask God: “Help me connect with and feel your Holy Spirit today. I want to recieve Him and hear his voice. Amen.”
