Power for Lifeਨਮੂਨਾ

Today we will begin to explore the book of James. Authors often strengthen arguments by contrasting one thing with another. In James 1, you will find several contrasts which use the word "but" to show the opposing ideas. James makes the right choice clear by contrasting it with the wrong choice. When you find contrasts today, use the Notes feature in the YouVersion App to list a short summary of the wrong choices and the contrasting right choices given by James. For example:
Wrong: Asking with doubt
Right: Asking with belief
Wrong: Temptation from God
Right: Temptation from evil desires
