We are all afraid of something! It can be as small as a spider or as big as speaking in front of a giant crowd. Whatever you’re afraid of, let the Psalmist remind you of what’s true. When you’re afraid, you have God on your side. When our fears threaten to hold us back from living the full, amazing life God promises, we can put our trust in God to keep going, believing, and starting the party.

Write down a list of fears you may be facing right now. As you pray, read your list. Then, read Psalm 56:3. Invite God to guide you through your fears, and rest assured that you can trust in God every step of the way.
