Before I Goਨਮੂਨਾ

Sometimes when we read the Bible, it might feel a little out of date. We don't always speak the same way the Bible is written; if it was written today, it might seem a bit different! While we can't rewrite the Bible to better understand it, we can try to grasp the idea of a verse by putting it in our own words. Take John 3:16 and write the original verse on a sticky note in the top half. Draw a line down the middle, and below it, rewrite the verse how you would have written it today. Make sure you express all the ideas in the verse! After you are done, put it somewhere you will see it and read it every morning.
