10 Pillars : Building a Life in Godਨਮੂਨਾ

Thou shall not steal!
There are several types of theft (stealing), but the most common are:
- 1. Physical, traditional theft (theft of material goods, burglars, etc.)
- 2. Commercial burglary (illicit business traffic)
- 3. Digital theft (illegal downloading of all forms of electronic or 'soft' products)
- 4. White theft (taking things without asking) at the office, etc.
We are, unfortunately, very prompt to take without asking! Whether we like it or not, this is a robbery or stealing, and God certainly does not take pleasure in it.
Today, many business practices encourage deception and theft. There are many ways to get the business done! The race for success has a direct impact on integrity and honesty. Stealing, embezzlement and swindling are unfortunately rampant in the business world. All in an attempt to satisfy our ever-growing greed. In so doing, we start "stealing." There is no minor or significant theft; any theft is theft!
God commands us well: YOU DO NOT STEAL IN ANY WAY! Let us make sure that this Pillar is also part of our lives.
