Was Jesus God or Human? Both... What?! (Part 2)

Have you ever heard somebody say that Jesus was nothing more than a good teacher? It’s a thought that some people carry. The scriptures tell a completely different story.

When Jesus came to earth, the scriptures clarified that he did not ‘subtract’ his eternal divine nature. Instead, He remained fully God.

Jesus is the eternal Son, the second person of the Trinity. He was, is, and will always be God.

Evidence of Jesus’ divinity is scattered throughout the Gospel narratives. It is also prophesied beforehand and attested to after His life. It’s a subject worth looking into in great detail – a pillar of the Christian faith.

Now, that was a lot over the past few days. We know. Don’t panic. On Day 5, we will unpack some of this and see what it can mean for us today in 2022.
