Strong Through Lifeਨਮੂਨਾ

What comes first?
"It's completely different for me—that's why it doesn't work!"
I often receive this response when I share my life story with people, praying they'll see that there's hope for them, too! But all of us must take hold of this "key of hope" individually. Behind the door it unlocks is the answer that will stop the past from defining us and controlling our futures.
Your past was what happened yesterday, and maybe not everything went as planned. But does your past have to determine your mood today as well?
If I allow yesterday to dictate who I am today, I only see darkness ahead. If I allow yesterday's tragedy to also determine who I'll be tomorrow, I don't think I could ever smile again!
Let's choose hope and faith! I'd like to encourage you today—please don't focus on what happened yesterday when a bright, new day is ahead of you!
Perhaps your yesterday keeps whispering in your ears, "You messed everything up, and now it can never be fixed." You can either believe those thoughts and give up, or you can turn the tables and choose hope and faith! "Yet I am confident I will see the LORD's goodness while I am here in the land of the living." (Psalm 27:13, NLT)
What comes first in your heart? Negative thoughts…or God's words of truth? A few minutes of time praising God and allowing Him to remind you of the good plans He has for you…or a few hours of binge-watching TV?
With God, anything is possible! What will YOU choose today?
You are a miracle!
