First Placeਨਮੂਨਾ

One of the things that take first place in our faith is becoming more like Jesus. The more we live like Jesus, the more we’re keeping the right things in the first place in our lives! Jesus knew Scripture and quoted it often. So, when we do the same, we’re modeling what Jesus did, too! We’re memorizing what’s important to Him as a way to help us know Him more.
To work on memorizing this verse, talk to your small group leader or a trusted adult in your life about it. Ask them what they think it means and how they live that way in their own lives. Then, as you read it and try to memorize it yourself, think about what they shared with you!
