The Good Lifeਨਮੂਨਾ

Have you ever noticed what we wear seems to send a message about who we are and what we like? Clothes might even communicate our part of a team or group. Think jerseys, work uniforms, or even certain styles. When we choose to “clothe” ourselves or put on characteristics like mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, we show the world what God is like. It’s how we live knowing that God chose us to be the ones to show the world what God is like. We have to decide to put these on every day. It doesn’t just happen. Today, think about the characteristics you are putting on before you head to school, practice, or hang with friends. Of all the things listed above, what is easiest to “wear”? What is more challenging? What can you do today to better reflect on God choosing you?
