Hearing From Godਨਮੂਨਾ

When we read the Bible, it is important to make sure we are reading it with intention. Reading with intention looks like taking our time to read each verse, not quickly skimming over it to read it as fast as we can.
As you read, take time to reflect on what God is teaching you. Try re-writing certain verses in your own words or reading it out loud. When we read the Bible, it is important to make sure we are taking what we are reading and actually understanding it.
Do not be afraid to ask questions or ask someone to explain something to you if it doesn’t make sense. It is just as important to understand what you are reading as it is to actually read it!
Challenge: Read Isaiah 40:8 and Matthew 24:35 again, and then rewrite them in your own words. Ask someone to help you if you have questions!
