7 Day Married Couple’s Connection Challengeਨਮੂਨਾ

God teaches us in James that we have to walk out the wisdom that we know. If we just hear wisdom and don’t act on it, we are forgetful and foolish. If we hear God’s word and don’t do what it says, we are a forgetful hearer and we are missing out on God’s Kingdom and goodness here on earth. But if we walk in the wisdom we know and walk out what God’s word says, we will be blessed.
The same wisdom applies to our marriage. How often do we know the right thing to do in our marriage yet choose not to do it? How often do we know how to have an awesome marriage yet not put in the work to do it? Surely I’m not the only one!
Today instead of just knowing the right things, let’s walk them out.
As we read yesterday, one great way to connect with your spouse is to be a student of your spouse. A major piece of studying your spouse is listening to them. A good student walks out the wisdom they learn.
Here’s your challenge: Today your challenge is to put something you learned yesterday in your conversation with your spouse into action. How did they say they like to connect? Be intentional to do one thing to connect their way today.
