Family Mattersਨਮੂਨਾ

Do you feel like a difference-maker? You may think because you’re young, you really can’t make a difference. After all, who wants to listen to someone who’s in middle school? That’s completely wrong! If you feel like you can’t make a difference, think again.
In the Bible, young people are told to use their influence and be an example for older people! 1 Timothy 4:12 says never to let anyone look down on you just because you’re young. Instead, we should “be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.” No matter what our age is, we are to be an example. That includes you. You can set an example for your older siblings, your friends, and even your parents. The way you act and reflect Jesus to those around you makes a big difference. So, if there’s something you wish was different about your family, start taking action to change it today! You can be a difference-maker no matter how old you are. Jesus is ready to use you to do great things.
Challenge: Choose today to make a difference in your family! This could look like serving your family members, being kind and loving even when it’s hard, or even telling your family about Jesus if they don’t know about him.
