Change is hard. I think we can all agree on that! Change happens all the time in our everyday lives. You might be moving to a different school or state, your friend is moving away, your parents are getting a divorce, or there’s a new baby on the way in your family. Change comes in many forms and it can be overwhelmingly hard, but we can have peace knowing that God will always be there. When everything in your world feels like it’s changing, God is your constant. God is with you through whatever change you might go through. God will give you the courage you need to face it and the peace you need to overcome it.

Right now, take a minute to thank God for being the peace and courage you need to face the changes life throws at you. Write your prayer of thanks.
