Pray:  Take some time to invite God and just be open to His presence.    

Spiritual Challenge: Instead of asking the questions why and how (why did this happen to me? How could I ever handle this?), ask the questions who (who is God in this?), what (what could God be doing through this?), when (when can I go to God with this?), and where (where is God in all of this?) instead.
