In deze studie van 3 dagen gaan we dieper in op je identiteit. Wie ben jij? Hoe ben je door God bedoeld? Je zal meer ontdekken over de prachtige liefde van Jezus en over jouw doel hier op aarde. God heeft jou hersteld, zodat je steeds meer op Hem kan gaan lijken. De Bijbel zegt dat de waarheid vrij maakt en God wil jou de waarheid over jouw identiteit vertellen!

“Our hearts are restless till they find their rest in Thee.” Never before have so many of us felt the restlessness Augustine described with this famous sentence. But what is the solution to our lack of true rest? As this three day plan will show, the solution partially lies in viewing the ancient practice of Sabbath through a different lens—through the lens of “Thee”—Jesus—our ultimate source of peace.

Mindfulness is niet iets nieuws. Het fenomeen vindt zijn oorsprong in het boeddhisme en is al zo’n 2500 jaar oud. Al is boeddhisme officieel geen godsdienst, je kan je misschien wel voorstellen dat een (zoektocht naar) god misschien ook wel iets te maken heeft met mindfulness. Het principe van mindfulness is in het christendom ook niet onbesproken gebleven. Is mindfulness misschien geen uitvinding van boeddhisten, maar van God zelf?
