The book of Timothy is a letter Paul, a missionary, wrote to his friend Timothy explaining the meaning and importance of the Bible. Nearly 2,000 years later, Paul’s words have held true – the Bible is the most influential book in history! The Bible can seem like a big, daunting book to read, but at its core, it is actually a bunch of smaller books written by nearly 40 authors over more than 1,000 years. Together they tell one story: how to live as a follower of God. The Bible is how God speaks to us and shows us his love. Every word was inspired , or given to the writers by God to guide us through our lives so we can live to the full potential that he has planned for us.
