RESPOND: We can have a relationship with God because of Jesus, because He took the punishment we deserved by living a perfect life, dying, and then rising back to life! Oh, the gift that Jesus is, oh, the gift He’s given us—a relationship with our God and Creator! Spend some time with your family, discussing how a relationship with Jesus has changed each of you. Then spend some time thanking Jesus for making the gift of salvation possible.

PRAY: Jesus, I’m so thankful for who You are and what you’ve done. Help me consider and meditate on You and all You’ve done. May Your gifts of reconciliation, peace with God, and salvation become something I’m so in awe of and grateful for. I love you, and thank you. Amen.
