Identify an area of your life where anxiety about the future is stealing your peace. It might be related to work, family, health, or finances. Anxiety about these issues can paralyze us, preventing us from enjoying the present moment and fully trusting in God's provision.
Pray and hand over this concern to God, trusting that He is in control and will take care of all your needs. Believe that by placing your trust in God, He will give you the peace that surpasses all understanding and guide your steps. Remember that God is faithful and His provision is constant.
Prayer: Lord, help me to trust in You for my future and to live fully in the present. May I rest in Your promise to take care of me each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Often, this results in people without a future and without eternity. We must feed on the Bread of Life and know the Resurrection to prepare ourselves for eternal life.
