Passing our faith on to the next generation is so important because there will be a day when each of us will be “delayed,” and those who come behind us need to know how to live their lives for Christ. It all comes down to knowing God’s Word, applying God’s Word to our lives, and understanding who Jesus is and what He did for us.
Dear Jesus,
Help us to pass on our faith to the next generation. Help us to not only know Your Word but to passionately live it so that those around us can see Your love through us. Increase our hunger for Your Truth and help us live lives sold out for You. Amen.
