Helper of the Home

Dear Lord,

Thank You for my wife. Thank You for considering every detail of her life and everything about her that makes her different from me. I appreciate her emotions, I value her opinions, I love her body, and I am grateful for her heart. You have equipped her with unique talents so that she is able to fulfill Your will for her life, one of which is her role of being a helper. I pray my wife sees how significant her role is of being a helper in our marriage. Give her understanding in this area of her life and give her encouragement to do all that You desire, with a heart of joy. I pray You would reveal to my wife all the ways she can be a helper to me and a helper of the home. May Your Holy Spirit walk with her throughout the day, showing her how to manage her time effectively so that she is not stressed out. I pray my wife grasps that being a helper is not about making me happy or having a perfectly clean home, but it means coming alongside me spiritually through prayer, emotionally through affirmation, physically through intimacy, and mentally through positive communication. Help her to see the influence she has in my life. May You bless her for her obedience and give her strength to continue on even when it is hard.
