Dear sister, welcome. As you prepare for sleep, know that you are not alone. You are deeply loved and fully known by our good Father. He sees every burden you have carried today and every worry that still lingers in your heart. And He invites you to let it all go.

This is your time to rest, not just physically but soul-deep rest. Can you imagine the arms of Jesus wrapping around you right now? Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and picture yourself held close, safe and secure under the shelter of His wings.

As you begin listening to tonight's audio, allow the gentle words to guide your heart into His presence. Let them remind you that He is near and that He is your peace.

The Word tells us that God gives sleep to His beloved, and that is you. You are His beloved. So tonight, release your thoughts to Him. Let His peace wash over you. You do not have to figure it all out. You just have to rest in the One who already has.

Speak the name of Jesus if your thoughts begin to wander or anxiety knocks at your door. He is right there with you. Let His Word be the lullaby that stills your soul.

Remember, sweet sister, you are not forgotten. You are not too much or not enough. You are a daughter of the King, and He sings over you tonight with songs of deliverance and peace.

So sleep now. Rest in His love. You are safe. You are seen. You are held.
