The 2011 Daily Bible Reading Guide is based on texts used in the Revised Common Lectionary and other lectionaries used by Anglicans, Lutherans, and Roman Catholics. Versification is based on the Good News Translation Bible. If the Guide is used every day during 2011, 52 books of the Bible will be utilized and ten will be read in their entirety. The entire 119th Psalm will also be read.
