It’s easy to stop believing when all hope seems gone. But when hope has vanished you ought to look for Jesus more than ever. He could be right beside you. You just can’t see Him. When fear overrides your faith, your eyes become blind to what He is doing. Some of your greatest answers to some of your greatest problems come during times of your greatest discouragement.

When you feel like you are losing hope, you can hold on to the truth that when you are honest about your struggles is when you are best positioned for a kingdom encounter. You can say with the Psalmists: “Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him,” (Psalm 42:11).

The Bible is indispensable for giving you back your hope and experiencing the encounter you need the most. In its pages, you’ll find His strength and comfort. He told you that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Take Him at His Word.
