WHEN should we praise God?  

When are we to praise the Lord? At all times. Every day should be a day of worship.  "Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you" (1 Thessalonians 5:18). We sometimes find ourselves in difficult circumstances, but even in times of difficulty, we are to praise God knowing He is always faithful to help us through our difficult times. Paul and Silas found themselves in a difficult circumstance. They had been beaten and thrown in jail for preaching the Gospel. In the midnight hour, they began to sing praises to God. God was so blessed that He sent an earthquake that broke open the jail to set them free.
