Carry Quiet: Spiritual Rhythms for Loud Seasonsಮಾದರಿ

Chances are, your life feels anything but quiet.
Maybe your life feels like it's stuck on high volume—actual noise from kids, construction, or endless notifications mixing with the internal soundtrack of worry, rushing thoughts, and that ever-growing to-do list. You're longing for peace but can't figure out how to create it.
We get it.
I'm Jen—a Bible teaching author mom who finds God in everyday moments, usually while trying to manage laundry on overstimulated afternoons.
And I’m Holley–an author and podcaster who loves helping people embrace who they are and become all God created them to be. I’m also an expert snacker and excellent napper. Ha!
We've both discovered something that might surprise you: the quiet you're looking for doesn't require the noise to stop first.
Carrying quiet isn’t about escaping your loud season.
Peace isn’t the absence of noise. It’s the presence of God.
One of the most beautiful pictures of this is found in Psalm 23. Sheep are constantly on the move, and yet they need a shepherd who will keep them from becoming exhausted. The Psalmist says our Shepherd will make us lie down in green pastures and lead us beside quiet waters. He knows what we need even more than we do.
Before we begin, know this devotional plan isn’t about perfecting your spiritual life or finally getting it all together. If anything, it’s about learning to meet God in the messiness, to find Him faithful even when you feel scattered, to let Him be the shepherd who guides you through the chaos and into the calm only He can give.
You don’t have to fix your loud season to experience God’s quiet.
You just have to look for Him right where you are.
See you here tomorrow! Come see what happens when time stops bossing you around.
