Spare the Rod, Reclaim the Childಮಾದರಿ

Day 6: Raising Children for the Kingdom
You are not just raising good kids.
You are raising arrows in the hand of a warrior.
Your children were born for impact, born for truth, born to advance the Kingdom of God.
The goal is not behavior management. It’s soul development.
The goal is not just peace in your home. It’s power in your legacy.
Psalm 127:4 says, “Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth.”
Arrows must be sharpened. They must be aimed. They must be released. That’s your role to sharpen with discipline, to aim with vision, and to release with faith.
Culture wants to claim your child.
Hell wants to confuse your child.
But Heaven has already marked them.
And you, parent, are the steward of that calling.
So speak life when the world speaks death.
Correct rebellion when culture calls it freedom.
Pray like their destiny depends on it, because it does.
Reflection:
Am I parenting with legacy in mind? What do I need to sharpen, aim, or release in this season?
Prayer Activation:
Father, thank You for trusting me to raise Kingdom arrows. I don’t take this lightly. Give me boldness, wisdom, and endurance. Help me see my child the way You see them. Let me train them in truth, sharpen them in love, and release them in faith. In Jesus’ name, amen.
